Ronald Urbach is the Chairman of the leading advertising law firm Davis & Gilbert LLP.  He is also co-chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice Group.  His clients include numerous multinational, national and regional advertising agencies, including those agencies that are viewed as being the top creative agencies in the world.  Some of the largest advertisers and marketers in many different product categories are his clients, as well, including those in the automotive, telecommunications, wireless communication, retailing, video games, consumer electronics, publishing, membership services, computer, entertainment, internet, alcoholic beverages, magazines and travel sectors.

Ron regularly counsels his clients on all aspects of the law in the creation, production and distribution of advertising, marketing and promotional materials.  His practice involves appearing before the FTC, state Attorneys General, and other federal and local regulatory agencies that have jurisdiction over advertising, marketing and promotions.
